Tori Sparks

Tori Sparks was born in Chicago, later lived and recorded Nashville, but she has made her home in Barcelona for the past ten years. Since the age of 18 she has played an average of 150 concerts each year in 20+ countries.
She intrigues and captures the heart of audiences with her powerful voice, her no-holds-barred live show, and her sense of humor. Tori is also known for giving back to the community through numerous benefit concerts. Her last three albums — including the double live album Wait No More — are a surprising mix of blues, roots, rock, and folk music combined with flamenco fusion, thanks to her decade-long collaboration with her band of Catalan and Spanish musicians.
Although the first of these albums started out as a side project, it became an international success, called “a flawless fusion of styles” (La Vanguardia), “adventurous, pushing the envelope” (Rolling Stone), and “pure art” (Los Conciertos de Radio3). This fall, she and her band released a single and music video recorded in quarantine, “The Man Who Sold the World,” and right now you can hear her song “Tall Towers” on the official soundtrack of the hit Netflix series Sky Rojo.
Tori and her band will release a limited-edition vinyl version of their album El Mar on Record Store Day 2021 (July 17th) in celebration of her 10-year anniversary living in Barcelona.
