The band’s sound has been described as “important for Scottish music in
general and Gaelic in particular” (Alun Woodward, Chemikal Underground
Records), “absorbing” (fRoots) and “moody and alluring” (Songlines).

MAIM was born from a partnership with Theatre Gu Leòr and is an
extension of the hugely successful theatre production of the same name.
The original theatre production premiered in March 2020 and it’s unique
blend of live music, dance, spoken word and video saw it described as
“unforgettable” (The Scotsman), “compelling” (The Times) and “powerful,
eclectic and satisfying” (Exeunt).

MAIM – the album – is out now.
